This paper discusses the study of one t he branches balaghah science, namely ma'ani science which examines first verse Al-'Alaq, where focus this uses rules kalam insha' thalabi amr. The purpose writing is to provide knowledge reader about insya' amr sentence, has meaning news that requires occurrence something in form a command word position as rule science. Besides that, discussion various kinds based on been determined through certain studies.
